Customer focused with good features
I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

Useful form creation and library tools
Makes confirming client changes and work ideas more fluid with notifications of form signing. Wide tool set and excellent selection of preexisting forms.
So many forms and flexibility to edit and create and cross share forms with clients, and the addition of the iOS app makes for a great always on solution and current information.
Price is ok, for single users but for larger firms it may be a consideration. So far no other issues

Occasionally I have had to extract some images of pdf files, for which this program has helped me and pleasantly surprised, since the process is very fast and the conversion of the file to images is quite fast and of good quality. Also in some moments I had to create some PDFs myself from photographs or text files, I have also in this process pdffil has been very useful, showing a very good performance and rapids

When you fill forms with pdfFiller, you are always sure. You are sure that every word, every number is exactly where it should be. You are absolutely sure that your documents are legible, neat and tidy.
To get started, upload a form to your account. Any PDF document is instantly editable in pdfFiller. To add text, select the Text button in the main toolbar, click where you’d like to place the text cursor and type.
To change the position of your text, click the arrow icon in the mini toolbar above, while holding down the mouse button, drag the content where you’d like to place it. Change the text size by using the tree icons above or by selecting from the drop-down list in the formatting toolbar. You can underline, italicize or make your text bold.
You can also change the font type and text color by choosing them from the respective drop-down lists in the formatting toolbar.
To add text to a PDF document, you don’t have to type, you can also copy it from any other document, web page or e-mail. To delete text, just click the trash can icon in the mini toolbar. To sign the form, click the Sign icon in the main toolbar.
This will open the Signature Wizard that allows you to type, draw, upload, capture a signature with a webcam or sign the form on a mobile device.
Select the signing method you like, create a signature, format it and sign the form. The Signature Wizard will save your signature, so you will be able to use it in the future.
To date the form, click the Date icon in the main toolbar and click where you want to place the date. The current date appears by default. You can change it to any date you want. Format the date using the formatting tools. When you have finished filling the form, click the Done button in the top right corner and email, print or save your document.

How do I Create, Use and edit Templates?

Fill in the information that you want your template to always contain and click “Done” button to return to “My Forms” page. Select the filled document and click “T”--”Template” button. Your document will be converted into a template. Every time you open the document, you will be prompted for a new document name and a new one will be created. The template itself will remain unchanged and ready for use. If you need to edit the template, simply select the template form in “My Form” page and click “Template” button. The template will be converted to a regular form. You can edit and convert it to a template later.
